I brought my 5-year-old, and it felt like it was more geared toward bigger kids and teens. Some parts were a little too rough, and they were kind of just everywhere, running around and bumping into the smaller kids while the staff didn’t seem to step in much. My kid did still have some fun, but I spent most of the time watching nervously. For the price, I was hoping it would feel a bit more age-friendly for younger kids.

We had my son’s 9th birthday at Air Riderz it was such a good choice. The kids were moving nonstop, laughing, and actually staying off screens for a while, which felt like a small parenting win in itself.
The staff helped us with the party room and pizza, and check-in was smooth. The place was clean, organized, and it felt good spending money somewhere that clearly puts families and kids having a safe, fun time first. I’d definitely book again...

The staff were nice and everyone smiled, so that part was pleasant. But a few of them seemed busy, and we had to wait a bit anytime we needed to ask something. It wasn’t a bad experience, just average overall. I’d just say don’t go in expecting super attentive service or anything too special

Had such a fun time here with my kids. We were all tired after about an hour, but, uh, none of us really wanted to leave. Definitely would go again.

We had my son's birthday party at Air Riderz, it went really smoothly. The staff helped us get set up and kept things on track, which took a lot of the stress off my plate... always a win with a bunch of excited kids running around. The kids had an amazing time, the party room was ready when we needed it, and the food came out just fine too. I'd definitely book here again.

I took my kids to AirRiderz and overall the place seemed clean to me. The washrooms were actually okay too, which I was a little surprised by. A few tables maybe could’ve used a wipe, unless I’m just being picky, but it wasn’t anything too bad.

I felt safe the whole time. The staff seemed to be watching everything closely, and I guess because of that I just assumed things were under control. Maybe that’s not always how it works, but it definitely made me feel better being there.

The booking did go through in the end, but the site was a bit slow and confusing in a few places. I got my confirmation after a few minutes, so it was fine overall, but I really didn’t like that there was no actual person to talk to when I wasn’t sure what was happening. It all felt a little too automated and frustrating

We had a good time at Air Riderz and the staff were nice. I don’t know, there’s just something about it that felt a bit pricey for what you get. I was expecting maybe a little more time or some better deals for the cost. Not a bad experience at all, just felt a little expensive.

I took my kids to Air Riderz last weekend, and yeah, they had a good time, so I’ll give them that. But the place felt neglected. Some of the lockers weren’t working, a few tables were sticky, and the washroom looked like it really needed someone to check on it. The staff were nice enough, but it didn’t seem like anyone was really keeping an eye on the place or cleaning up as things got messy.
For what you pay, I really expected it to be cleaner and better maintained. It’s frustrating because it could be such a great spot, especially for kids, but the upkeep just isn’t there right now. We might give it another try if they clean things up and fix the broken stuff, but this visit was kind of disappointing.

The kids had a great time at Air Riderz once they finally got in, and the staff we dealt with were friendly. That said, the wait was much longer than I expected, especially since we had booked ahead. It kind of took away from the experience, so I’m hoping they can offer some sort of credit or discount for a future visit. Fun place overall, but the check-in process really needs to move faster.

Took the kids to Air Riderz and I was actually surprised by how fast check-in went. We booked online ahead of time, so once we got there it was pretty much just confirming names, grabbing socks, and getting wristbands sorted.
The staff seemed to know exactly what they were doing and kept the line moving even with a few families in front of us. If it had been slow or disorganized, I probably would’ve thought twice about coming back, but this was a really smooth start to the visit.

Parking was a breeze when we went. We found a spot pretty much right away and it was close to the entrance, which made a big difference with the kids. It’s one of those simple things, but not having to circle the lot forever really helps...

I felt kind of ignored at first and wasn’t sure anyone was going to help me, which was a little frustrating. But once the staff finally came over, they were really nice and got things sorted quickly.

We had a really good time here. There were so many activities that the kids didn’t get bored once, which is rare for us. Has anyone else had the same issue of trying to convince the kids it was time to leave?

We went with the kids and grabbed some food after jumping around for a while. The pizza was okay, like not bad at all, just not something I’d go out of my way for. The drinks were the part where I kind of paused mid-order because they felt pricey for what you get. Staff was really nice, though, which helped. Next time we’ll probably eat beforehand and just let the kids jump.

Had a good time overall. The place itself was fun, lots to see and do. But wow… the crowds were a lot in certain spots. Some areas felt packed, and the lines got kind of confusing. People weren’t really sure where to go. Staff were trying to help, to be fair, but it still felt a little chaotic and unorganized at times.
